My sister Karen is an incredible baker and budding businesswoman, and she decided to create "Cookies for KC", a baked goods service that would donate all proceeds to local businesses impacted by the coronavirus pandemic.

This was a fun, collaborative project — Karen was in charge of baking, my other sister Joy handled social media and outreach, and I took care of the logo and design materials (and happily volunteered as taste tester :D) All in all, we raised over $600 in a few weeks and donated the money to local businesses in our town.
